Kvartira S Gallery announces an Open Call for participation in the group exhibition <\/strong><\/h5>\n
\u201cTAK NIKTO NE DELAET!\u201d, which will take place\u00a0<\/strong>in the exhibition halls of the <\/strong><\/h5>\n
ARTPLAY Design Center <\/strong>(Moscow, Kurskaya metro station, 10 Nizhnyaya Syromyatnicheskaya St.) <\/strong><\/h5>\n
from July 4 to August 2, 2022.<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Applications will be accepted until June 15, 2022, at expo@kvartiras.com.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The number of participants is limited.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Works addressing politics, the epidemiological situation, or the nude figure will not be accepted for the exhibition.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Whatever an artist creates, someone is bound to say, \u201cNobody does it that way!\u201d, followed by an assertive command: it should be more realistic, more abstract, more conceptual, simpler, cheaper, more expensive... and the list goes on forever.\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

To whom, and since when, does an artist owe anything? In response, one may hear even more profound words of wisdom: \u201cbecause that is the way it is done,\u201d \u201cbecause that is better.\u201d Those whose opinions are truly worth heeding are rarely found among such advisers. If you are doing what your heart tells you to do, then do it for yourself.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

At some point, the ability to see and create in your own way will become your signature style, your calling card, and your defining trait. It is precisely such works that are especially valued in the art world.\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

As part of this Open Call, artists are invited to present works that are unusual for them\u2014works in which they followed a logic of their own and found unconventional solutions to their artistic challenges.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

The application must include:<\/h3>\n
