Kvartira S Gallery announces an Open Call for participation in the group exhibition\u00a0<\/b><\/h5>\n
\u201cTHE LIGHTNESS OF BEING,\u201d\u00a0<\/b><\/h5>\n
to be held in the exhibition halls of the ARTPLAY Design Center\u00a0<\/b><\/h5>\n
(10 Nizhnyaya Syromyatnicheskaya Street, Kurskaya metro station, Moscow) from January 4 to 30, 2024.<\/b><\/h5>\n

Applications will be accepted until December 22, 2023, at opencall@kvartiras.com<\/a>.<\/b><\/p>\n

The number of participants is limited.<\/b><\/p>\n

Works addressing politics or the epidemiological situation, as well as nude studies, will not be accepted for the exhibition.<\/b><\/p>\n

The exhibition opening will take place on Thursday, January 4, 2024, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. <\/strong>(exhibition presentation, music, aperitifs; dress code: lightness, sparkle, and celebration).<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

There is no point in wondering whether we made the right choice, since there is no way to find out what would have happened had we made a different decision. There is no point in doubt, speculation, or comparison. Our life is the best simply because it is the only one we have. It becomes the fullest, the most joyful, and the most interesting simply because we will never live another life that is fuller, more joyful, or more interesting.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Works submitted for the exhibition should address one of three main themes:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. A memory that makes you smile and brings you happiness.<\/li>\n
  2. A story that makes you soar.<\/li>\n
  3. An image embodying a dream come true or a wish fulfilled.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
