The gallery Kvartira S and Hostellerie La Farandole (Sanary, France) present a solo exhibition by the French artist of Serbian origin LILYA Pavlovic Dear "L'eau eternelle" / "Eternal Water".

How many days can you live without water? Water is like a goddess of antiquity, many-faced, whose heart is nature itself. Water is eternal, like the waves of the sea; it is the source of life. I have carried out a deep study of water: I have made many photographs, sculptural paintings, and installations. I prefer to use flexible and lightweight materials in order to recreate the "spirit" of water. I want viewers to have the impression that they are at the bottom of the ocean. I would also like to encourage viewers to recognize the importance of water not only for aesthetic reasons, but for ecological ones as well.
