Inna Sumina

Artist. Studied at the British Higher School of Design. Main theme: flowers as a metaphor for emotions. In his painting practice, he most often uses oil, canvas or paper. "In my work, I address the topic of the transience of time. Living in the moment - as opposed to the pursuit of momentary pleasure in a consumer society. Mindfulness becomes a way to slow down and see the beauty here and now. Using images of flowers, I analyze the transience of life, drawing a parallel between human life and stages of plant growth (violent flowering - slow wilting) ... " Works are in private collections in Russia and abroad.
