Artist. Studied at the British Higher School of Art and Design. Principal subject: flowers as a metaphor for emotions. In her painting practice she most often uses oil, canvas, or paper. "In my works I turn to the theme of time’s transience. To live in the moment stands in opposition to the pursuit of fleeting pleasure in a consumer society. Mindfulness becomes a way to slow down and see the beauty here and now. Using images of flowers, I examine the fleetingness of life, drawing a parallel between a human life and the stages of a plant’s growth (exuberant bloom - slow fading)…" Her works are held in private collections in Russia and abroad.
