Exhibition “Autumn in Provence”
In Photos and Videos
From October 26 to 29, Kvartira S Gallery, in partnership with the refined Hostellerie La Farandole, presented a unique Russian-French exhibition, "Autumn in Provence," on the coast of Sanary-sur-Mer. The exhibition featured the talented artist Olga Mashkina, who visited the south of France for the first time and created 24 paintings of picturesque local views in just 20 days especially for the show, and French painter Marie Klimoff, a resident of the nearby town of Bandol.
The project’s guest of honor was Geneviève Canto, a pupil of Salvador Dalí and founder of the Academy of Arts in Bandol.

Among the guests at the opening were Patrice Garcia, screenwriter for Luc Besson’s films; renowned virtuoso pianist Paul Lelouch; historian and collector Philippe Koutsev; writer and Doctor of Philosophy in Music Olga Volkova; French artist Bernard Thibault; and representatives of the Sanary municipal administration.
We thank our guests and partners for making this fascinating and important event possible! We hope that projects introducing art lovers to the work of talented Russian artists will become a cherished tradition for Kvartira S Gallery and La Farandole.
