“The artist is an inspirer”, Salvador Dalí once said. It was artists who inspired us to create the Kvartira S online gallery.

By a happy turn of events, our lives came to be filled with many talented people—painters, photographers, and sculptors. We are amateurs with only an indirect connection to Art, yet we admire it endlessly and take an interest in it whenever we can, so we were delighted by this “encounter with beauty” and wanted to adorn our apartment with works by our artist friends. And that was when we discovered the innocence and purity of the “creative spirit”: hardly any of the artists we knew had ever exhibited or professionally promoted their work.

“But how will the world ever see what you create? Perhaps someone wants to add your very painting to their collection or hang it above their desk… How can you share your experience with fellow artists and hear the opinions of experts? And, for that matter, how can you show the world your talent?” Our friends could only shrug helplessly in response to such questions.

Many artists simply lack the time and energy to exhibit and present their work, let alone sell it. And, to be perfectly honest, they often lack the inclination and the necessary skills as well. But we have them. A wealth of ideas and plans, irrepressible enthusiasm, a natural aptitude and the right experience—not to mention an infinite love of art.

So, dear artist friends, keep imagining, painting, creating, experimenting, astonishing, and inspiring those around you to do something wonderful! And now we declare our Kvartira S online gallery open, invite artists and photographers to collaborate with us, and welcome everyone who cares about art to our website, kvartiras.com, and to our exhibitions!

Art is here!
