The Gateway of Time project brings together works by four contemporary artists whose practices reflect on chronos. The exhibition sets out to create a portal through which viewers can embark on a journey through time.
"Kira Mrik’s abstract works serve as guides through the exhibition, drawing viewers in and inviting them to take flight through time. THeo.dhozer’s canvases mesmerize, projecting images of the past and future into the subconscious. The works of Konstantin S and Maria Tarasenko, meanwhile, present a vision of a future shaped by pervasive robotization and environmental catastrophes. Looking at the diverse and unquestionably profound works of Kira Mrik, THeo.dhozer, Konstantin S, and Maria Tarasenko, one cannot help but forget the troubles weighing on one’s soul," says exhibition curator Anastasia Dmitrenko.
